Nothing until check-in
We arrived 4 hours early at IAH. We thought we could just spend the time in the shops and restaurants. NO. There is nothing, apart from a small Starbucks at the airport. You can only access restaurants and shops once you check-in your bags. If you have no bags to check-in, then I guess this is fine.
