Many Changes Since Last Visit
Very large airport but well signed and easy to access various gates etc, with a train service within the airport to save the previously very long walks between various gates.

What a huge airport! I was so happy that you had scheduled a long layover here. I needed it. But the airport is great! It's well laid out and organized. I only had to ask for directions once.

Bad Decision - Should had redirected flight DL2862 UNTIL MONDAY MORNING
I am Not pleased how this flight went. I understand about the storm Weather no one can stop , But the decision to send us to New Orleans and Did Not Receive a Voucher or any Consolation. I would like a Refund.
