Airport Development fee!!!!

Really!!!! They should tell people about this ridiculous fee before you choose to fly from Knock. Apart from that Knock airport is fine.

Complaint

On Friday 18th October at Knock Airport before my return flight the Ryan Air ground staff (3) were thoroughly unpleasant, rude, threatening & offensive. I am in my late sixties & disabled & was in a wheel chair & had applied & paid for additional help. I have made a formal complaint to Ryan Air & am awaiting further action for this blatant discriminatory behaviour by their staff. It has left me shattered & reluctant to fly again after this horrible experience. I was approached by two passengers, who have volunteered their support, having witnessed both incidents at the check in desk & at the gate at Knock Airport before departure. I have travelled/flown numerous times from Ireland since I was fifteen in 1960 & never had any problems before this occasion.

On time efficient all run smoothly.

Personnel

To the casual passenger there would appear to be too many personnel. Terrorism probably has caused this and as terrorism appears to be receding maybe this extra load on travellers could be adjusted.
