Supervisor where we need checkin was very rude for us we have to check ours hand luggage few times…

It's a very comfortable longe, the food choice was good, service was super, just air conditioning was not enough

Was okay with this delay my flight made thing worse for me when I reach Bangkok and miss my connection flight gave my self enough time all my flight

Helpful staff, plenty of staff to assist you, everything clearly marked

Great airport design.

Easy to traverse the airport. Although it has been there for sometime the airport still feels new. Although they need more staff. Every year the queues get bigger, allow a lot of time to get through passport control and security. The shops are great for last minute gifts etc.

Be prepared for Suvarnabhumi airport! Although checking in with the airline presented no problems, customs were a nightmare. Thank goodness we had allowed plenty of time, since we were stuck for over an hour trying to get through passport control - on our way OUT! Also, once you get into the departure lounge, the shops are all high end, very little otherwise, and the catering and bar tiny - which is amazing given that the rest of the entire country seems dedicated to eating and drinking!
