Not enough checked luggage allowance and no way to pay for extra except by doing it at the airport. Did not travel with this airline. Re booked with Thai, and got exactly what I wanted. I will never book this airline or go through you again.

Late...I am not flying vietjet ever again
The return flight was delayed 4 hours. They gave a coupon for food which can only be redeemed at SubWy..and subway pre-made a sandwich which is the worst I ever had..
