Baggage
Passengers flying with Vueling can bring two pieces of baggage, such as a cabin bag and a smaller bag, on board free of charge. Hand baggage cannot be heavier than 10 kg and larger than 55x40x20 cm. The smaller bag may not exceed 35x20x20 cm. Each passenger can take one item of checked baggage of each type: 15kg, 20kg, 25kg or 30kg. Only 25kg bags can be checked at the airport. Baggage allowance for checked bags booked before 26 March will automatically change from 23kg to 25kg.
Booking classes
Vueling offers passengers four travel fares: Basic, Optima, Family and TimeFlex to satisfy everyone's needs. Basic fare comes with a ticket and two pieces of hand baggage; Optima ticket holders can select their seats during booking for free and bring one checked bag; Family fare additionally offers priority boarding and exclusive check-in desk, while TimeFlex customers can enjoy flexibility on flight dates and even change the time of their flight on the same day for free.
Online check-in
The airline makes it possible for its passengers to check in online free of charge on any device from 7 days to 1 hour before departure. However, there are certain airports that do not accept it. After checking in, boarding pass can be printed off or downloaded to a mobile phone to be presented at the airport on the day of departure. If, for some reason, online check-in is not available, boarding pass can be collected at the airport check-in desk free of charge.

Vueling is the largest airline in Spain by fleet, which consists of 122 aircraft, including Airbus A319-100, Airbus A320-200, Airbus A320neo, Airbus A321-200 and Airbus A321neo jets.
Barcelona–El Prat Josep Tarradellas Airport
Barcelona–El Prat Josep Tarradellas Airport, located 12 km southwest of Barcelona city centre, previously Barcelona-El Prat, has been operating under the current name since February 2019. It was renamed to honour the historical President of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Josep Tarradellas. In 2017, it handled over 27 million passengers. Travellers can reach the airport by taxi, train, metro and bus.
Refreshments
Vueling in-flight menu includes a variety of food options, such as sweet and savoury snacks, sandwiches, pastry, sweets, hot, cold and alcoholic drinks. Kids boxes feature snacks and a drink and come with colouring booklets and crayons to keep kids entertained during the flight.
Additional services
All Vueling customers can collect Avios points when booking flights and hotels, renting cars and purchasing from associated companies to get discounts on their future flights. Vueling on-board shop offers an array of products, including fragrances, jewellery, gadgets and gifts.

I received the worst possible treatment from airline staff at both check-in and the boarding gate. They exhibited racist prejudice toward me and my family, threatened to leave us behind unless we paid an inflated charge for our cabin bag, and refused to verify our receipts. Their behaviour was rude, arrogant, disrespectful, unprofessional, and racist.

Naj slabše možne izkušnje. Za prtljago sem plačal 315€ ki je vredna 50€ V Španiji so mi vkradli mobilni telefon iz prtljage na letališču. Zadnje moje potovanje in za moje prijatelje s Vuelingom. Dal bom na FB

Very late.
My flight from Porto to Barcelona was two hours late with no explanation or apology. Embarking and disembarking were both extremely slow. My flight from Barcelona to Edinburgh was on time but again embarking and disembarking were sloe. I will never fly Vueling again.

First time with Vueling Airlune
What a great experience with this Airline outbound to Alicante and return to Gatwick. All the staff from Ground staff to Cabin staff were excellent.

Vueling flight
The plane was clean and the staff friendly. The seat booking arrangements were not ideal - and there was a regular push to purchase more luggage to carry on. Other than the commercial additions, the flight itself was smooth and well informed.
