Surprisingly delightful. Happy hour drinks. Departed close to official departure time. Nice, warm welcome and hospitable crew.

good had free tea coffee etc.please note that I paid over $300.oo more for flights because I was unaware that I was on an American site not happy Jan.I am not a frequent flyer and had to come home by plane because all roads were closed due to firesMaybe there should be somewhere on application showing that the fee is in US dollars so that this does not happen to someone else.

Decent airline. I liked the access to WiFi on the flight. Checking in, though, I was given conflicting information from your staff as I tried to self check-in. The roving woman was not helpful; the one at the counter was very helpful and saved me some money!
