When travelling with UTair Aviation Airlines, you can bring hand baggage and checked baggage. The weight of hand and checked baggage depends on the class in which you are flying with low cost UTair Aviation airlines. The permissible weight of hand luggage in the economy class is up to 5 kg, while the dimensions are: 40×30×20cm. In business class you can carry hand luggage up to 10 kg. However, the dimensions are: 55×40×25cm. Let’s remember about checked baggage. In economy class you can take up to 20 kg, while in business class you are allowed two pieces up to 30 kg. What can you bring in your UTair Aviation hand baggage? Remember that you must pack cosmetics only in 100 ml containers, you cannot bring the full version of the products on board. On top of that, it is not allowed to pack sharp objects, body shavers or nail files.

Nie zdążyliśmy odprawić bagażu - nasz błąd, ale mieliśmy tylko małe walizki podręczne, więc myśleliśmy, że to nie będzie jakiś wielki problem, coś dopłacimy i tyle. Niestety, spotkał nas szereg upokorzeń ze strony personelu. Zamiast szybko rozwiązać problem, kazano nam stanąć obok i czekać do końca kolejki na osobę, która ma do nas podejść i porozmawiać. Podeszła pani, która nie mówiła po angielsku - jedynie po rosyjsku. Zmuszono nas do rozmowy po rosyjsku, mimo że stojący obok pan z obsługi lotu posługiwał się angielskim i zapowiedziano, że teraz mamy dwie minuty na podjęcie decyzji co z walizkami albo nie lecimy - specjalnie nas przetrzymano, żeby teraz straszyć ograniczonym czasem. Uiściliśmy dodatkową opłatę i myśleliśmy, że wszystko jest w porządku, jednak pani wyraźnie nie wystarczyło nasze 8000 rubli, bo zaczęła się nagle czepiać reszty - sprawdzać regulaminowe bagaże, czy aby na pewno nie przekraczają wymiarów, w bardzo ostentacyjny sposób. Gdybyśmy się odezwali słowem, jestem pewna, że nie wpuszczono by nas na pokład. Podsumowując, niesamowity stres napędzany celowo przez obsługę i niechęć do racjonalnego rozwiązania problemu. Więcej nie wybierzemy tych linii.
