The interior of the aircraft was very shabby

Extremely poor
Flight was at 13:35 and it was delayed for nearly 5 hours with no communication from any staff or managers. Barely any comfort was provided and we had to wait with no food or guidance. Connecting flights were missed and had to be repaid for once arrived to London. Very very bad experience

Flight delay due to a strike by Tunis Air pilots
the flight was scheduled before noon except that departure was after more than 12 hours waiting in the airport without any assistance! I ask you for a refund of the price of this flight
