the plane on the return journey was old & had very little leg room

Not enough time for flight connections

I flew from Kingston Jamaica to Pearson Airport for a connecting flight to Manchester England. Upon arriving at Pearson, I was informed that the connecting flight to Manchester Airport was departing in 40 mins. I was informed of this whilst in Immigration where the queues were moving slowly and I had not even recovered my luggage for the connecting flight. In the end I had to stay in Canada for 2 days and purchase another ticket to Manchester England. Luckily my father had relatives I could stay with in Canada for those 2 days. Savings that I planned to use on arrival in England were used to purchase the other ticket. Very disappointed in the small amount of time that was given for the connecting flight and the airport staff was so unhelpful there when I told them about my situation. At one point I was told that my luggage was on the connecting flight, then another airport staff told me I had to get my luggage from the carousel. I was so confused running around an airport I don't know, not knowing where my luggage is and then having other unhelpful airport staff talk to me as if they didnt give a damn about my situation

I am not a lepraucon.

Seats made for sardines. Space made for lepraucons. Crew and service good. Just an airline to greedy with space for profits over people.

J’ai pris le vol, 110 Montréal Paris Charles-de-Gaulle Vendredi 27 juillet dans l’avion, on avait des passagers qui avait des chats oui des chats dans l’avion pourquoi pas dans la soute on sait pas ils ont miaulé pendant la totalité du vol impossible de dormir de plus ils ont servi une collation la totalité des passagers au eu leur collation donc qui était une petite salade avec des lasagnes moi qui étais au fond de la pareil avec quatre autres personnes y avait plus rien à manger pour nous franchement déçu
