Fantastic airline
From booking onwards, everything was great. Check in easy and quick, plane clean and comfortable. Stewardesses immaculate and polite, great customer service. We left punctually. Pilots great. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bamboo Airways.

Flight was cancelled.
Our booked flight was cancelled and the next fight was 2 tines delayed. All by all we had a delay of 3 hours.

Vacation gone bad
I didn't end up catching the flight because of Visa issues at the gate. The staff was very rude to me insisting if I wanted to change flights to another day that it needed to be done in the hour. I wanted some type of documentation that said I had missed my flight because of Visa issues and after waiting for an hour while they helped other customers I left because I was being ignored.
