Terrible!

Worst experience ever! Paid for a direct flight ended up taking 3 different flights. If I’d wanted to take the stops, I would have picked that option and paid less! Losing my luggage was the last straw! I would never recommend this carrier to anyone.

extremly bad service to the passenger

departing about one hour late from origin, make me get out in one stop to put another passenger that didn't work because I complained, however they loose my luggage on the next stop and I loose my international connection flight because of that, Had to buy a new ticket for next day

It was okay. There was no breakfast just snacks biscuits and a piece of cake with soft drinks. No entertainment like movies or music

Um funcionário da empresa no aeroporto de Zanzibar informou no check in que nosso voo atrasaria, mas que poderíamos pegar um antes, que estava prestes a sair. Nisso, outro funcionário pediu dinheiro para a remarcação, cerca de usd 25 dólares para duas passagens. Questionei o porque já que eles tinham oferecido a troca e aí o funcionário corrupto saiu de perto, enquanto o outro emitiu normalmente os bilhetes.

Małe użeranie się z Presion Air ws. rzekomego nadbagażu.Otóż lecielismy qatar airways jako linią główną, potem ostatni lot Kenia-Zanzi i spowrotem Zanzi-Dar Salam obslugiwal Precision Air. Od 1.09.2013 weszly nowe limity bagażu (30KG) niestety w systemie Precision Air widniały limity 23KG. Naprawde duzo czasu i pare telefonów na lotnisku ze strony obsługi zajelo by wytlumaczyc, ze wg resolucji nr 302 (nawet taki zapis udalo nam sie znalezc:) limit bagazu jest taki sam na całej trasie. Ale udało się a gorycz użerania wynagrodziło szybkie wifi w poczekalni :)
