Bad start
I had read reviews of Primera Air which were mostly negative. I did not really believe them, but unfortunately, my own experience supports those negative reviews. Right at the start at Toronto we experienced 4 hour delay. Explanation: some administrative error had been made in London. Our return flight was cancelled just a week before the scheduled departure. Three options were offered, but not clearly explained. I had to fight and quote from the applicable law to get the option I wanted. I now believe all the negative reviews and will not fly with Primera Air.
