Luggage
In Pegasus airlines, you can take hand luggage onboard. Its dimensions and weight are set by the airline and may change depending on the reservation class or the route. Checked baggage in Pegasus should also have given dimensions and weight, again it depends on the reservation class and the route.
Online check-in
Online check-in can be made from 72 hours to 40 minutes prior to the take-off time. During the check-in, you can choose your seat, meal (but no later than 24 hours before the flight) and buy additional baggage (but no later than 4 hours before the trip).
Fleet
Pegasus is proud to have the youngest fleet in Turkey. It has 47 planes, including 43 Boeings 737-800 for 189 passengers and 4 Airbuses A320-214 for 174 passengers.
Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen airport
The airport is one of the international airports in Istanbul. It was named in honour of Sabiha Gökçen, the first Turkish female pilot.
The airport is located 35 kilometres south-east of the city centre. It was built to balance the growing number of passengers nearby the Atatürk airport. It has two terminals – for domestic and international flights. Annually it is visited by about 25 million passengers.
In 2010 in London, Sabiha Gökçen airport won world congress of low-cost airlines as the Best Airport in the World.
Meals
Extra-paid meals can be ordered up to 24 hours before the flight. You can choose kids menu, fruit with chocolate fondue, hot or cold breakfast, chicken schnitzel, mushroom ravioli, baked chicken, salmon salad, cake, sushi, mozzarella cheese with tomato salad, grilled meatballs, grilled steak, and sea fruit.
Additional services
The airlines have their own loyalty programme called Pegasus Plus. The card owners collect points for miles and change them for discounts for following flights.

My day
Flight late leaving leaving Ercan to Istanbul, when I finally arrived in Istanbul for my connecting flight I had to run which was very difficult as they were calling for passengers to board flight for Stansted. Overall I will say staff were accommodating

Do what they want
Delayed flight from ankara to Izmir, no explanation why. Got to izmir with 20 minutes to get connecting flight to stanstead, to be told the flight to uk had gone early. Was told that next flight to uk was 24 hours later. Had to stay in an airport hotel, woman alone, was not a pleasant experience. Had to pay extra for airport parking and missed a days work.

Not fantastic
I had an awful woman behind me. Burping all the way home for 4 hrs.... In my ear.... The time to get off was atrocious. Took people so long. Like snails.... I had a urine infection. Abd needed the toilet. The air hostess asked me if I was OK. I said no. She could have helped me. I was in tears outside e...

Shambles of a plane £400 from Istanbul to stanstead on a tiny cramped plane, no facilities, I paid £117 on Turkish airlines paid £35 upgrade for an exit seat, had my own tv with multiple movies to choose from, free drink of choice free meal and tea or coffee yet on this plane nothing, very uncomfortable absolutely packed so the toilets were unusable as always a big queue, would never use again
