I'm gluten free and there was no option for myself good job I took my own snacks available with gluten long time 4 hour plus time in airport without food

Having flown with Thomas cook many times I thought I would feel a valued customer. I was travelling with my mum and grandaughter, my mum requiring wheelchair assistance. I made the arrangements directly with TC customer services team who assured me that assistance and transfers would meet my needs. This was not the case. My mum had no assistance at all at Hurghada airport we were stranded for ages , no reps available and eventually fellow passengers helped us. When we got to the coach my mum had to be physically lifted on as it was a mini bus with high steps, totally humiliated, embarrased and degraded

Exelent just that!

I think it were the last fly Tomas Cook. In the end ewery stood up and applause for the staff and the fly. Som with tears.
