Baggage
Passengers can bring one piece of cabin baggage which does not exceed 56cm x 45cm x 25cm and 10kg weight. If it does - it will be checked into the aircraft hold and additional charges may be collected. Up to 3 bags per flight may be pre-booked by a passenger. Allowance per bag is 22kg. The charges may differ depending on a destination or whether the booking is made through the website, call centre, or at the airport.
Booking classes
Jet2.com offers only economy class, however, passengers can pre-select their seats while making a booking to ensure they are seated together with family or friends or choose an extra leg room seat for an additional charge.

When travelling with Jet2.com airlines, you can check in online up to 28 days to 6 hours before your scheduled departure.

Jet2.com flies from the following UK destinations: Belfast (BFS), Birmingham (BHX), Bristol (BRS), East Midlands (EMA), Edinburgh (EDI), Glasgow (GLA), Leeds Bradford (LBA), London Stansted ( STN), Manchester (MAN), Newcastle (NCL) and Liverpool (LPL). Liverpool has been established as Jet2.com's new base from March 2024.
Refreshments
Jet2.com does not offer complimentary meals on its flights. Food can be pre-ordered on the website while making a booking or purchased on board. The inflight menu includes: sandwiches, sweet and salty snacks, meat and vegetarian dishes as well as hot and cold beverages.
Additional Services
Jet2.com has its on-board shop, called Skyshop, selling fragrances, cosmetics, accessories, jewellery and gifts.
