Flight on time but not comfortable

Fantastic!

This was my first time flying with Allegiant Air (always a Delta Airlines Gal from Atlanta) - this was one of the very best flights I’ve ever flown! Very reasonable prices, the flight attendants (except for one) were very nice friendly accommodating and helpful, a very smooth and quick take off and landing. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire round-trip!

The direct flight from Knoxville to Phoenix was a breeze.

Worst experience with an airline.

The airline has very limited options. They canceled my return flight and did not have a return for another week. I was forced to book return on another airline. Instead of a direct flight I had to book with long layover. The return flight cost double the Allegiant flight. It has been 2 weeks since they cancelled the flight and I am still waiting for the refund.
