Baggage
You can bring hand baggage on board of Air Baltic airlines. Baggage dimensions and weight are determined by the airlines and may change depending on the booking class or route.
Checked baggage at Air Baltic must also have specific dimensions and weight. Here, too, everything depends on the travel class and route.
Booking classes
Air Baltic allows you to travel in either economy or business class. Economy class offers flights without additional amenities. Passengers can use the special on-board menu for an extra charge. Business class passengers are entitled to a three-course meal, free drinks and coffee. They also have access to the latest newspapers and magazines.
Online check-in
You can check in online before your travel with Air Baltic. The earliest possible check-in is 72 hours and the latest is 1 hour before scheduled departure.
Fleet
The Air Baltic fleet consists of 25 aircrafts including models: Boeing 737-300, 737-500, 757-200, Bombardier CS300, Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 NextGen. The average age of the airline’s machines is 12.9 years.
Riga Airport
Riga International Airport is located 10 km west of the centre of the Latvian capital. The terminal building houses car rentals, shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. You can use the Internet in all terminals and at the airport in special kiosks and cafes.
Meals
Passengers in economy class can purchase meals and drinks on board, while business class passengers are guaranteed meals and drinks free of charge.
Additional services

První let měl spozdeni 2h 57min,tím pádem jsme néstyhli druhý let ,kvůli tomu jsme přiletěli domu místo 14h až v 23h 😈

Cea mai proasta rxperienta
Am avut in total o întârziere de 5 ore, am ajuns in jurul orei 1:00 a.m cu doi copii mici( 3 ani și 9 luni și 1 an și 9 luni) . I-am chinuit și ne-am chinuit așteptând atâtea ore un aeroport.

Delayed (or maybe even lost) luggage, no help from AirBaltic. My case is not being investigated at all, they just keep telling me to wait. The absolute worst experience.

Opóźniony lot
Podróżowałem z Warszawy do Petersburga przez Rygę i z powrotem. Wszystko byłoby dobrze, gdyby nie ok. dwugodzinne opóźnienie lotu z Petersburga do Rygi - gdyby nie wyścig do kontroli bezpieczeństwa (tak, tak - w Rydze przy transferze trafia się do ponownej kontroli bezpieczeństwa jeśli przylot jest na inny terminal niż wylot), sprint przez lotnisko i uprzejmość pana przeprowadzającego odprawę, nie zdążyłbym na lot do Warszawy. Pasażerom lecącym do Amsterdamu, Zurychu i innych zachodnich miast zaproponowano loty alternatywne - mi niestety nie. Jeszcze w trakcie lotu z Petersburga do Rygi podano mi informację o bramce odprawy do Warszawy - szkoda tylko, że na miejscu okazało się, że odprawa odbywała się w innym miejscu (cóż - pewnie w międzyczasie się coś zmieniło). Darmowa odprawa on-line jest możliwa na 36h przed wylotem (jest możliwa odprawa na 5 dni przed lotem, za dodatkową opłatą). Dodatkowa opłata jest też za odprawę na lotnisku.
