Air Maroc
Royal Air Maroc is the national carrier of Morocco and the largest airlines in the country. It is fully owned by the government of Morocco. Royal Air Maroc was founded in 1953 upon the merger of two airlines. In the beginning, it operated as Compagnie Cherifienne des Transports Aeriens to receive its current name on June 28th, 1957. That was when the Moroccan carrier started offering international flights – first to Paris and Madrid. At present, Royal Air Maroc serves numerous airports in Africa, Asia, Europe, and both Americas, and occasionally provides charter services. It has already signed codeshare agreements with 10 airlines to build up a wide network of flight connections. Royal Air Maroc has its headquarters in Casablanca.
