Disaster
Flight re-scheduled from 13.20 to 20.50. Didnt receive email to notify. Only learnt at airport. Had to use another airline Spicejet as would've impacted our travel plans at Pune. So overall dont recommend Air India... not happy custonee

3rd class
All flights should come with a meal. Did not appreciate "some" people getting served meals whole the rest of us wait to get served a cup of water. Very rude and made me feel like a 3rd class citizen. Rethink this process please.

Ocena dobra z plusem.
Loty punktualne z posiłkiem i bagażem w cenie. Stewardzi sympatyczni i życzliwi. Ocena dobra z plusem tylko dlatego, że jednak te posiłki tylko wegańskie.

Samoloty zawsze się spóźniają, samoloty w dobrym stanie technicznym, jednakże czasami można mieć pewne wątpliwości. Posiłek (dwa herbatniki i kawa). Pakiet multimedialny nie działa.
