Staff were friendly, seating slightly cramped but otherwise comfortable

second leg no in-house entertainment, Cabin crew very complacent on both legs allowing passengers to walk about as plane is landing very dangerous and unprofessional. would not travel to Canada again.

ETA and baggage payments
AC were very helpful to explain why it wasn't a wise idea to purchase e-tickets. Due to the hidden small details whilst passing the additional cost for baggage to the travelling customer

Final leg
Late one hour + leaving Toronto on my final leg after being away for five weeks. Arrived in Cincinnati and sat in the plane for another 20 minutes because the ground crew was not ready

Grand Cayman to LAX
HORRIBLE layover in Toronto..... then over an hour to obtain our checked in baggage (our bags were small enough for carryon, in retrospect, I would have NEVER checked them in)...didn't get out of LAX until 2am....
