Shocking
I booked a jet 900 to depart from George at 16.40 to arrive in Johannesburg at 18.20. The flight was delayed to 18.00 and we arrived at 21.00. The plane wasn't a jet 900 but instead twin prop piece of junk that was falling apart. Further more we were kept in plane for almost 20 minutes after we landed. Once we arrived at baggage claim there was no information on allocation of baggage, we were walking around endlessly trying to find our baggage. I only left the airport at about 22.30. This caused major disruption to my plans and stress to those who expected me in Johannesburg. It wasn't a cheap flight either. If I could give them a zero I would. They are also ignoring my messages but will persue in claiming refund.
