A cia antecipou o voo de ida das 7:30 para as 5,00 horas obrigando a gente acordar as 3;00
Na volta cancelou o voo das 9:25 e trqnsferiu para 11:30. Nunca mais viajo por essa companhia que não cumpre horários

Foi esquecida uma pasta com cópias de documentos na aeronave, tentamos de todas as formas ter informações sobre ela, e, apesar de terem sido fornecidos dados de telefone, celular, e-mail etc., até o momento, não tivemos nenhum retorno da empresa a respeito.
